Using local, raw honey, we added a variety of herbal powders, like nettle, dandelion root, wild yam root, and more. This unique concoction of herbs ground up and added to honey creates a special kind of honey known as an herbal electuary.
Nettle is a natural antihistamine. Dandelion root and wild yam root help decongest the liver. Allergies cause inflammation in your body and our liver helps filter the allergens out. When the liver gets congested, it can no longer function properly which creates more inflammation in the body.
