Shipping & Returns
Shipping
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days of order placement. During high-volume events (such as major sales), please allow up to 7 business days for processing. All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking information sent to your email once your order has been fulfilled.
We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other carriers once your package has been shipped. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as we are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If an item arrives damaged or broken during transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement.
Returns
Due to the small-batch, handcrafted nature of our products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please email us at hello@juniperapothecary.com with your order number and details. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
We reserve the right to limit or refuse returns at our discretion. All clearance items, custom orders, and internal care products that have been opened are final sale and non-returnable.
