Herbal Tea Recipe:

Reduce stress, anxiety, and promote relaxation with this calming tea.

  1. Put 4 to 6 tablespoons of dried herb into a glass quart jar (or 6-8 tablespoons of fresh herb)
  2. Pour boiling water over the herbs, filling the jar. Cover the jar with a lid. Let steep for 30-45 minutes. (The duration of steeping time and amount of herb used will affect the strength of the tea.)
  3. Strain thoroughly.
  4. Drink 4-8 ounces 2-3 times daily
  5. Add honey to sweeten (optional)
