Motherwort Tea

  2. Pour boiling water over the herbs, filling the jar. Cover the jar with a lid. Let steep for 30-45 minutes. (The duration of steeping time and amount of herb used will affect the strength of the tea.)
  3. Strain thoroughly.
  4. Drink 4-8 ounces 2-3 times daily
  5. Add honey to sweeten or a slice of lemon for a refreshing taste (optional)
