Shipping & Returns

Shipping –

Orders are shipped within 3 business days of order placement – except for extreme sale days then they are shipped within 7 business days. All orders are shipped via USPS with a tracking number delivered via email. If someone is broken during transit, please contact us to receive replacement. 

Returns –

Due to the small nature of our company, we accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of receipt. Please email us at hello@juniperapothecary.com with any issues. We reserve the right to limit our return policy.
