Herbal Tea Recipe:
Immuno-health Tea
An immune-boosting tea to take at the onset of illness.
- Put 4 to 6 tablespoons of dried herb into a glass quart jar (or 6-8 tablespoons of fresh herb)
- Pour boiling water over the herbs, filling the jar. Cover the jar with a lid. Let steep for 30-45 minutes. (The duration of steeping time and amount of herb used will affect the strength of the tea.)
- Strain thoroughly.
- Drink 4-8 ounces 2-3 times daily
- Add honey to sweeten (optional)
