Most people could use more magnesium in their body! It’s used for over 300 functions in our bodies, and we burn through it faster in times of stress. Getting enough magnesium is critically important to health! Magnesium helps you fall asleep and stay asleep at night! You can use it applied to the lower abdomen for the occasional constipation. It has also been known to help with anxiety and muscle cramps!

Our general Magnesium Cream is rich in natural magnesium chloride and blended with skin-nourishing oils.  This means it’s not itchy like sprays.  It’s very easy to use — simply rub it into belly or legs approximately 15 minutes before sleep.

Approximately 200 mg of magnesium per teaspoon of lotion.

Our lotion is safe for all ages and is pregnancy safe! It’s not tacky and rubs in without leaving a residue.
